The first logo was created in 2007. It depicts the following animals: the Visayan Tarictic Horn Bill, the Visayan Spotted Deer and the Bottlenose Dolphin. At the background is the map of the Philippines. These animals are mainly found in the Visayan Region. They serve as one of the many aspirations why the Visayan Region has become the top destination in the entire Philippines. The logo was used during the first Eco Tourism Summit at Olango Island Philippines.

The current logo displays a sketch of the Visayan Spotted Deer. This endangered specie that can now only be found in the neighboring islands of Cebu, like in Negros and Panay. This animal was once an inhabitant of Cebu; but because of the massive hunting they all perished The Visayan Spotted Deer is known to be swift, and that is one of their best attributes. It can climb steep mountains, cross mighty rivers and swim in deep water. This embodies the key quality of the group: Diversity. The background shows the gifts of Mother Nature. The logo explains the importance of preserving the environment.
